Healthy Lifestyles

Class: Year 6 Year: 2016 - 17

Tuesday 4th October 2016

This afternoon, the school nurse visited Year 6 to discuss healthy eating and the importance of exercise. We completed some activities, discussing in groups which foods are healthy choices and which aren't as healthy. We were also set a challenge to decide which activities used the most calories in 30 minutes.

Tomorrow, we will have our height and weight monitored as part of the government's statistics. If you do not wish your child to be included in the data collection, you must contact school.
