Gorse Hill Nature Reserve
Class: Year 4 Year: 2016 - 17
Today we visited Gorse Hill Nature Reserve in Aughton. Whilst there, we looked and identified mini beasts using classification keys and then also went pond dipping. Throughout the day we identified lots of animals and different types of trees based on their leaves. We learnt all about conservation and how important is, even recycling our food waste from lunch!
