Animals on our island home
Class: Nursery Year: 2021 - 2022
Nursery learnt about common British animals after reading Percy the Park Keeper stories. They learnt facts about these animals; they recorded their ideas and painted pictures to share with our partner school. The children at East End learnt about green sea turtles which they see regularly in the Cayman Islands. They also visited the Turtle Center to learn more and see the turtles up close. Nursery enjoyed looking at pictures of the turtles and sharing the information that they had learnt.
