World Book Day
Vouchers and the Book Club catalogue were sent home last Wednesday. If you would like to
place an order, orders should be placed by 01.03.24.
We know providing costumes each year can be expensive so we are asking for any unwanted
costumes that maybe children have grown out of or don’t want anymore, to be brought into
school. We will hold a pre-loved costume sale before World Book Day if we get enough
costumes.
Please send your costumes in with your child or to the school office and we will put the sale on
Friday 1st March at 8.45am onwards in the school hall.
The World Book Day special lunch is taking place on 05.03.24, the menu will consist of:
Danny Champion of the World Pie, Horrible History Hearty Baked Ham,,The Quiet
Crocodile Cauliflower
The Very Hungry Caterpillar Cabbage, BFG Giant Chips, Winnie the Pooh Syrup Sponge
& Cat in the Hat Custard.
Envelopes are being sent home with your child today. (Year 3 – 6) If you would like your child
to have the special meal, please return the envelope with payment. Please note that your
child can still have a packed lunch on this date.
